Ben Affleck Back As Batman For 'Aquaman' Sequel With Jason Momoa.

Jason Momoa has announced that Ben Affleck will be reporting as Bruce Wayne/Batman in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

Announced on his Instagram page, Momoa posted a picture of himself and Affleck on the set of the sequel along with a video of the pair's reunion being caught by some of the public doing a WB Studio Tour.

He captions it: "REUNITED bruce and arthur. love u and miss u Ben. WB studio tours just explored the backlot alright. Busted on set all great things coming AQUAMAN 2 all my aloha j"

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will pick up years after the events depicted in 2018's Aquaman and follow the titular superhero as he reluctantly teams up with his half-brother Orm (Patrick Wilson) to face a stronger Black Manta and his army. The film officially wrapped production in January 2022, but Momoa's Instagram post suggests the upcoming DCEU sequel is doing some additional reshoots.

Affleck played Bruce Wayne/Batman in the DCEU, having debuted in Zack Snyder's 2016 film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Affleck joins a cast that includes Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus, and Temuera Morrison as Aquaman’s father, Tom Curry. Game of Thrones’ Pilou Asbęk also joins the cast at an undisclosed part.
