Audiences again gave a big vote to NBC's West Wing Wednesday night. The White House drama captured the 9:00 time period with a 13.8 rating and a 20 share. Law & Order followed, building on West Wing's numbers and turning in a 13.9/21. The night's biggest ratings, however, continued to belong to ABC's Who Wants to Be a Millionaire which averaged a 13.9/21 in the 8:00 p.m. hour, peaking to a 15.2/22 in the second half hour. ABC's live Drew Carey Show at 9:00 drew a 10.4/15.
