The hype surrounding JIM CARREY's forthcoming Christmas (00) movie HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS, has prompted movie studios to give the go-head to a host of DR SEUSS projects. UNIVERSAL will follow up the Grinch movie with THE CAT IN THE HAT, starring TIM ALLEN.
