Chris Hemsworth is in talks to star as titular character in Disney‘s new Prince Charming movie, which has Paul King on board to direct.

Plot details for the picture are under wraps, and it’s not clear yet if the film will be live-action or animated. "Wonka" filmmaker Paul King will direct. King, Simon Farnaby and Jon Croker are co-writing the screenplay.

Hemsworth most recently voiced Optimus Prime in the animated sci-fi film "Transformers One" and earlier this year appeared as deranged warlord Dementus in George Miller's "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga" opposite Anya Taylor-Joy.

He’s next set to star in the thriller “Crime 101” based on the Don Winslow-penned short story. Halle Berry, Barry Keoghan and Mark Ruffalo co-star.
