Director RON HOWARD showed his solidarity with the actors in THE GRINCH WHO STOLE CHRISTMAS by undergoing the excruciating makeovers which were demanded by their roles.
Actor JIM CARREY says,"When I arrived on the set I saw this pretty dodgy-looking Grinch in front of me. I wasn't at all impressed and was about to give him a tongue-lashing when Ron admitted it was him."
