Infamous plastic surgeon STEVEN HOEFFLIN is set to spill the stars' secrets - after a gagging order imposed by a Los Angeles court was lifted.

Hoefflin, dubbed DOC HOLLYWOOD because of his celebrity client list, allegedly mistreated patients whilst they were under his care, including mocking DON JOHNSON over his penis size, ridiculing ELIZABETH TAYLOR'S nakedness and altering MICHAEL JACKSON'S watch to make him think his operation was longer than it was.
