An actor killed by a Los Angeles police officer at a noisy Halloween party was shot three times in the back and once in the back of the head.

An autopsy report contradicts police accounts that LIAR LIAR actor ANTHONY DWAIN LEE was carrying a fake gun which he pointed at officers, causing them to shoot in response. Lee, a 39-year-old television actor, was killed in October (28OCT00) at a party in a Beverly Hills mansion.

The coroner's report also found that Lee had cocaine and alcohol in his system at the time of his death. CAMERON STEWART, an attorney for Lee's family says the actor, "Could not have withdrawn a gun from his waist and pointed a gun at the officer and then have been shot four times in the back. It's impossible."

Stewart said the family are now preparing a wrongful-death lawsuit related to the incident. (MB/WNWC/KW)
