CNN is looking for a content partner in India to help it build its audience base on the subcontinent, the Times of India reported today (Monday).
The newspaper observed that CNN can be seen in about 4.5 million Indian cable homes versus the BBC's 8.5 million. "We beat the BBC in every place in the world other than this region," CNN Asia Pacific exec William Baggitt told the newspaper. "We are out to change that."
