Glamour couple PUFF DADDY and JENNIFER LOPEZ want the world to know they are still together - despite on-going rumours of a split.

The bad boy rap star and actress-turned-singer recently issued a media statement confirming they are still an item - though friends of the two stars claim they parted company for four weeks earlier this year (00), after a series of blazing rows.

A source says, "They would go into a room and fight for hours - but seemed to resolve their differences after Jen threw a party for Puffy's birthday in November."

The statement reads, "We have been working on this album for months in several recording studios. We have and will continue making music together and just wish people would let us live our lives and stay out of our business. "We are frustrated with the media meddling in our relations.
