Louis J. Horvitz, who won an Emmy for directing last year's Oscars telecast, will return to direct the 73rd annual awards ceremony on March 25, the Hollywood Reporter reported today (Tuesday). It will mark Horvitz's fifth time in the director's seat at the Oscars show.
