SEX AND THE CITY star SARAH JESSICA PARKER's worst moment on the show came when she had to pretend she had her diaphragm stuck inside her.

The 35-year-old actress, who plays sex columnist CARRIE BRADSHAW in the hit TV show, admits that she has to act out things as her character that she would never do - and she begged the show's writers to rethink the diaphragm episode. She says, "I don't know anyone it ever happened to and then one of the writers said, `It happened to me.' "But Carrie's single life is very different to my single life - she has a drinking problem and she smokes too much. "It's like having illegal behaviour sanctioned - I have to sleep with men on the show, and I have to smoke cigarettes and I have to wear revealing clothes. I'm so lucky." (KL/HB/PDD)
