KEVIN SPACEY has taken out a full page ad in Hollywood Bible DAILY VARIETY to congratulate his pal JULIANNE MOORE on winning the coveted PIPER-HEIDSICK award at the SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL.

Spacey is set to star opposite Moore in THE SHIPPING NEWS and the pair start filming in Nova Scotia, Canada, next month (FEB01). The advert reads, "Congratulations Julianne.
