For the second time, the Spanish-language newscast on Univision's WXTV on UHF channel 41 in New York has beaten the CBS Evening News with Dan Rather on CBS's WCBS-TV, channel 2, according to Nielsen Research. Noticiero Univision scored a 3.5 rating and a 6 share versus a 3.4/6 for the CBS telecast. The Spanish-language channel pulled off a similar coup last September.
