Costner Film Slammed As Inaccurate

Hollywood hunk KEVIN COSTNER's new film THIRTEEN DAYS has come under attack for alleged historically inaccurate.

The importance of the character played by Costner, an aide to PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY called KENNY O'DONNELL, has been criticised as being exaggerated. But film makers are defending Kevin's character in the Cuban missile crisis drama. Costner also produces Thirteen Days and is said to have turned down the role of President Kennedy, played by Canadian actor BRUCE GREENWOOD, because he did not want the film to become a star vehicle.
