Disgraced football star OJ SIMPSON plans to sue an American tabloid for claiming he is to appear in a porno film.

The allegation appears in the next issue of GLOBE. It says that Simpson "romped with his girlfriend CHRISTIE PRODY and another gorgeous gal (former PENTHOUSE model PATTY KUPRYS) as cameras filmed the XXX-rated action" in room 310 of the Mutiny Hotel in Miami's Coconut Grove.

Simpson's lawyer, YALE GALANTER, argues that Simpson was "set up" by Globe, and claims the former football star was in the room with the two women but they only had a nightcap. Globe maintains that Simpson, who was acquitted in October 1995 of murdering ex-wife NICOLE BROWN and her boyfriend RON GOLDMAN, made love to the two women eight times.

Galanter insists Simpson was "never undressed" and "high-tailed it out of the room" after he noticed a tiny camera in "the wall or in one of the plants." Globe contends Simpson was fully aware that porn producer PETER DAVY was taping him in the adjoining room, but is pretending to be the victim of a sting because, according to a tab source: "Who'd buy the tape if they knew O.J. was benefiting?"
