JUDD NELSON has been accused of beating up his girlfriend by America's NATIONAL ENQUIRER magazine.

The paper claims the former Brat packer broke KELLY STAFFORD's bone, ripped her blouse and forced her to flee half naked into the street.

An insider says, "Kelly came running into the emergency room at Cedars Sinai Medical Centre late Saturday night August 26th. "She was bloody and bruised and hysterical. She said, 'I can't believe Judd did this to me. He beat the hell out of me'."

Friends say Nelson drank copious amounts of alcohol and was ranting about how Hollywood had turned its back on him while flooding his pal ROBERT DOWNEY JR with offers. The source says, "Judd said he was upset Robert can get busted for drugs, go to jail and then come out and immediately have offers thrown at him left and right."

Now the relationship between Nelson and Stafford is over, a friend confirms, "Kelly has had her belongings picked up from Judd's house and taken to her own house. This time things went too far."
