Hollywood lovers SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR and FREDDIE PRINZE JR. announced their engagement at her 24th birthday on Saturday (14APR01).

The stunning BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER actress had a joint celebration with her agent EDDIE YABLANS in Los Angeles, California.

Her SHE'S ALL THAT (1999) actor boyfriend, whom she is currently filming the movie SCOOBY DOO (2002) with, presented her with a ring designed by CATHY WATERMAN.
