ABC Scores With Football, Millionaire.

The three weekly episodes of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire combined with Monday Night Football to give ABC another ratings win for the week last week.

It finished with an 8.4 rating and a 14 share, well above second-place CBS, which pulled a 5.9/10. NBC, despite big numbers for the 52nd annual Grammy Awards telecast, which garnered its best numbers since 1986, remained in third place with a 5.7/10. Fox placed fourth with a 4.7/8. Analysts noted that after years of ratings erosion, audiences appeared to be drifting back to network television.
