Resurrected British horror movie greats HAMMER ENTERTAINMENT are to make six films in a partnership deal with FIRST SIGHT FILMS.

The companies plan to remake some classic Hammer horrors such as FRANKENSTEIN MUST BE DESTROYED, plus some new movies.

Hammer's TERRY ILOTT says the new company will aspire to follow the success of films such as SIXTH SENSE, the (1999) WHAT LIES BENEATH (2000) and SLEEPY HOLLOW (1999)- all of which have earned bumper box office returns. (MCM/WNWCAN)
