A sequel to SHREK (2001) is already being planned.
The producer of the acclaimed animation movie, JOHN H. WILLIAMS, says DREAMWORKS studio is in the early stages of planning the follow-up - which would be expected to feature much of the cast from the first film.
No other details have been revealed.
Shrek has taken more than $100 million (£77 million) at the American Box Office in eleven days and could become one of the biggest ever cartoon movies. It opens in Britain on 29 June (01). (KW/WNWCAN)
