Hollywood heart-throb GEORGE CLOONEY has embarked on a crusade to woo a new lady - the British QUEEN, according to PEOPLENEWS website.

After rumoured liaisons with JULIA ROBERTS, Renee Zellweger and various other females in Tinseltown, the PERFECT STORM, THE (2000) star has set his sights on the more regal figure, following a recent trip to Milan, Italy.

Gorgeous George stayed in the top suite of the PRINCIPE DI SAVOIA hotel during his visit and, after chatting with the admiring staff, discovered that the person booked into the room after him was none other than Queen ELIZABETH II.

After puzzling over how to pay his compliments, the mischievous
actor finally hit on the idea of leaving a cheeky note. A message reading "Hi Queenie, a note from an admirer" was duly
placed under her mattress to await discovery by the royal. The reaction of the illustrious monarch is not known.
