Sean Connery And Catherine Zeta Jones Are Bad Signers

SIR SEAN CONNERY and CATHERINE ZETA JONES have made it into the top ten list of Hollywood's meanest autograph signers.

The JAMES BOND star, 70, comes in at number eight while Welsh beauty Zeta Jones, 30-ish, is just below him as the tenth person in Hollywood most reluctant to dish out their signature to fans.

The survey, commissioned by American magazine AUTOGRAPH COLLECTOR, comes from autograph hunters who keep tabs on whichstars are the rudest, meanest or friendliest over 12 months withthe results being published once a year.

This year, Connery's entry reads, "Although Sean Connery has
never been a great signer, he's usually been willing if the
circumstances are right. But now he routinely turns people down."

Topping the list of the meanest autograph signers is Cider House Rules, The (1999) actor TOBEY MAGUIRE who is joined in the top ten by BRITNEY SPEARS, CAMERON DIAZ, WINONA RYDER and Zeta Jones's much older husband MICHAEL DOUGLAS.

But not all stars are reluctant to flourish a pen - favourites of autograph seekers include ANGELINA JOLIE, RUSSELL CROWE, JULIA ROBERTS, who only started writing her name when she hit the big time.

The ten worst stars at signing autographs are:
1) TOBEY MAGUIRE
2) CAMERON DIAZ
3) EDWARD NORTON
4) BRITNEY SPEARS
5) WINONA RYDER
6) CHRISTY TURLINGTON
7) GWYNETH PALTROW
8) SEAN CONNERY
9) CARLY POPE
10) CATHERINE ZETA JONES (LE/WNTST/PDD)
