Hollywood superstar TOM CRUISE has exhibited his love for his children - by taking them on a $140,000 (£100,000) visit to a water-world theme park. The recently divorced JERRY MAGUIRE (1996) star was determined to make the visit to RAGING WATERS in California the most fun-filled ever.

New flame Penélope Cruz came along for the day out. He splashed out $70,000 (£50,000) to hire the entire park for the day, enabling ISABELLA, eight, and six-year-old CONOR to enjoy the day with utmost privacy. He also hired three helicopters to take them to a spot near the park, then a fleet of limos to take them the rest of the way.

A witness says, "Tom obviously hadn't spared any expense on taking his kids and Penelope out. There was heavy security to make sure they were completely undisturbed, but they all looked relaxed and happy. They had a great day. " (ACW/WNTSU/KMW)
