ANTONIO BANDERAS has slammed Hollywood for choosing youth over experience. The Spanish-born actor is married to actress MELANIE GRIFFITH and claims that she is being snubbed for movie roles because studio bosses believe the WORKING GIRL (1988) star is too old at 44. ORIGINAL SIN (2001) star Banderas explains,

"Melanie is suffering from the disease that is common to Hollywood actresses called '40s'. She isn't alone in this - it's coming from the studios. If you look at her generation of actresses, where are they? JESSICA LANG, SISSY SPACEK, the fantastic actresses who once gave us the pleasure of their performances. And why?
