Stars in Hollywood are preparing to boycott the forthcoming Emmy Awards, because they feel celebrating the event, would be in ‘bad taste’, following the terror attacks in America.

November 4th 2001 is the rescheduled date for the event, whch Kelsey Grammer and Rob Lowe claim, will not be attending, as a mark of respect for the victims.

Rob Lowe explains, "When our men and women are in harms way, I don't think you go to an awards show. My sense is, mail them out to the people who won them and move on. "

Ellen DeGeneres, is expected to host the star-studded event.
