Beautiful actress Penélope Cruz and megastar Tom Cruise have been grabbing the headlines, since their torrid love affair was revealed, which started on the set of their recent movie Vanilla Sky (2001).

The press claim the couple bonded on the movie set and fell in love, but the happy pair contend their affections were only consummated once Tom had officially split from wife of ten years, Nicole Kidman.

Spanish looker Penélope, admits now it was "love at first sight", claiming she recognized the special feeling between them, when they worked together.

"I think it happens to everyone, although maybe some people don't want to recognize it, or they don't see it that way."

Tom Cruise still maintains, his third wife-to-be played no part in his decision to separate from second wife Nicole.
