Sexy Reese Witherspoon is reported to be considering a script to last summer's (2001) hit comedy Legally Blonde (2001),and if given the go ahead she will reprise her role as the Harvard law student Elle Woods.

In the first film Elle goes to law school to win back an ex-boyfriend, and sources say the sequel sees her heading for Congress and the White House.

Director Robert Luketic says, "We're going to wait to see what the material is. "Ultimately, it's the screenplay that will decide, because we don't want to bring shame on the first one, like many sequel productions do."
