The custody case over their sons, Brandon, 6, and Dylan, 4, looks as though it is about to come to an end.

Pamela Anderson petitioned that former Motley Crue drummer, Tommy Lee Jones, is a poor role model and stated that he is a "very angry, unstable man who presents a danger to others, particularly when he is using alcohol."

Lee claims to have been sober for two years and is asking for equal access to the children. Lee's lawyer, Lance Spiegel stated that an agreement will probably be signed on Monday.
