Jane Fonda Has Plastic Surgery

Jane Fonda has changed her mind about her philosophy, 'exercise not surgery' and has gone under the knife in an attempt to look young.

The Barbarella (1968) star is now 64 years old and it appears has decided to have an operation to lift her upper eye lids. A plastic surgeon said of the operation, "An incision is made below the brow bone and a small piece of skin is removed to make the eyes more open and wider. It takes about 15 minutes and costs about $3,000."

Jane Fonda has lead a rebellious life and whilst modelling lived on cigarettes, coffee, speed, and strawberry yoghurt. She has expressed concern about growing old and has previously resorted to exercise and has made several videos. She was once quoted as saying, "I was terrified when I turned 30. I was pregnant and had the mumps and Faye Dunaway was just coming out in Bonnie and Clyde (1967). I thought, 'Oh my God, I'll never work again. I'm old! "
