Winona Ryder seems to be back in business after being convicted of stealing designer clothes and accessories from exclusive store Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills.

Reports say she has landed a role in a comedy called Eulogy in which she will star alongside Ray Romano, famous for his US hit comedy Everybody Loves Raymond.

Filming begins next month on the comedy about three generations of a dysfunctional family who come together for the funeral of the family patriarch.

Winona, who last appeared in Mr. Deeds (2002) with Adam Sandler, has been busy carrying out community service in Los Angeles and was placed on three years probation and fined after her 'shopping' spree.
