Razzle-Dazzle movie stars Richard Gere and Cameron Diaz will be featuring in this year's Oscar show even though they are not nominated for Hollywood's highest honour, organisers said today.

The pair has been added to a growing list of stars who will present golden Oscar statuettes at this year's ceremony which will be held in less than two weeks.

Gere, who co-stars in the film most hotly-tipped to pick up the Academy Award for best picture this year, the steamy musical Chicago, will be making his fifth appearance as an Oscar presenter.

The 53-year-old has starred in such films as 1990's smash hit Pretty Woman (1990) with Julia Roberts.

Diaz, 30, is one of the co-stars of Martin Scorsese's nominated period epic Gangs Of New York (2001).
