Christina joins comedy


Christina Ricci has joined the cast of Penelope.

The comedy will be produced by Reese Witherspoon's Type-A Films.

Reese is also expected to star in the film reports Variety.

The film will tell the story of a cursed woman who tries to end a lifelong string of bad luck.

The movie is scheduled to start filming in January.
