Barkin lined up for Ocean's Thirteen

Ellen Barkin is to play the female lead in Ocean's Thirteen when filming begins in July.

Warner Brothers are to build a fully operational casino in their studios at Burbank, California, for the movie, reports Variety.

Ocean's Eleven and Ocean's Twelve were filmed in real casinos but producer Jerry Weintraub said it became too arduous to shoot a movie around gambling traffic.

Director Steven Soderbergh and actors George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia, Don Cheadle, Bernie Mac, Casey Affleck, Scott Caan, Eddie Jemison, Shaobo Qin, Carl Reiner and Elliott Gould will all return.
