Winners add regal touch


Dame Helen Mirren and Forest Whitaker added a regal touch as they triumphed at the Orange British Academy Film Awards

They won the Best Actress and Best Actor awards at the glittering ceremony.

The Queen was also named Best Film while The Last King of Scotland won the Best British Film Award.

The Last King of Scotland picked up the award for Best Adapted Screenplay, too.

Paul Greengrass was named Best Director for United 93 while the Best supporting Actor awards went to Jennifer Hudson for Dreamgirls and Alan Arkin for Little Miss Sunshine.

Pan's Labyrinth collected awards for Best Foreign Langauge Film, Best Costume Design and Best Make-Up and Hair.

Eva Green won the Orange Rising Star Award while the new 60 Seconds of Fame award went to Alex Garcia.
