Kiefer Sutherland has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence after being arrested on Tuesday.
The Emmy-winning 24 star also stands accused of violating the terms of his probation relating to a previous DUI conviction in December 2004. Sutherland faces up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted, and an additional six months jail time if found guilty of violating his probation.
