Born on 29th December 1972, Jude Law began life as a Southeast Londoner. Enrolling in the National Youth Theatre at 11, Jude confirmed his love for acting. Dropping out of school at 17, Jude landed a role in television soap opera Families', following on with a stage career in London, performing in successful theatre productions.

Jude's film debut was a part in Shopping (1994), followed on by films like: Wilde (1997), Gattaca (1997),and Music From Another Room (1998),

His real acclaim was achieved following his appearance as Dickie Greenleaf in box office hit Talented Mr. Ripley, The (1999),

Jude is married to Sadie Frost and has two children by Sadie, son Rafferty and daughter Iris, also a stepson Finley from Sadie's previous marriage to Gary Kemp.
