ERIKA CHRISTENSEN began performing at age 11. She has played leading roles with various theater groups, including the Serendipity Theatre Company and Pasadena Dance Theatre. In addition, she has performed (acting, dancing, and singing) for audiences in hundreds of shows throughout Southern California.
At age 12, Christensen let her parents know that she was serious about performing being her calling. Soon after being signed by a talent agent, she was cast in Michael Jacksons music video "Childhood"; and sang back-up vocals on Neil Diamonds "The Christmas Album II."
Since that time, she has guest-starred on such hit television series as NBCs "Frasier," "3rd Rock From the Sun," and "The Pretender"; ABCs "The Practice"; and CBS "Touched By An Angel." Her appearance on the ABC series "Nothing Sacred" earned her a nomination for The Hollywood Reporters 1998 Young Star Award.
Christensens television work has also included a regular role on the CBS series "Thanks" and a starring role in the Disney Channel telefilm "Can of Worms" (directed by Paul Schneider).
She made her motion picture debut in Andy Cadiffs 1997 film version of "Leave It to Beaver" (as Wally Cleavers girlfriend).
