Ken Selden - Details

Biography

Selden, who graduated from Yale College Magna cum Laude with a B.A. in Philosophy, began his career as writer/director of a 30-minute film, Vacant Lot. He then attended the American Film Institute as a Directing Fellow, where he made a second-year short film entitled Dumpsters.

He next directed an hourlong PBS telefilm entitled Half-Life. His first produced feature film screenplay was No Secrets, which was directed by Dezso Magyar and starred Amy Locane.

Ken Selden rewrote the screenplay Black Angel for Franchise Pictures, which stars Samuel L. Jackson.
