Cinematographer THIERRY ARBOGAST won the 1997 Cannes Film Festival award for technical achievement for his work on both Nick Cassavetes' "She's So Lovely" and Luc Besson's "The Fifth Element." He received a French Cesar nomination for his cinematography on Besson's 1999 historical epic "The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc."
Arbogast won the Cesar for his cinematography on "The Horseman on the Roof" and received two previous nominations, working with Besson on "The Professional" and "La Femme Nikita." His other feature film credits include "Wing Commander," "Black Cat, White Cat," "Ridicule" and "L'Appartement."
