Biography

MICHAEL NOZIK is President of Robert Redford's production companies Wildwood Enterprises and South Fork Pictures. He received an Academy Award® nomination for his work as a producer on Redford's true-life drama "Quiz Show (1994)," starring Ralph Fiennes.
More recently, for South Fork, Nozik produced the upcoming "How to Kill Your Neighbor's Dog (2000)," starring Kenneth Branagh and Robin Wright, and "Slums Of Beverly Hills (1998)," starring Alan Arkin, Marisa Tomei and Natasha Lyonne. In addition, he produced "No Looking Back (1998)," starring Edward Burns, Lauren Holly and Jon Bon Jovi, and executive produced "She's The One (1996)," starring Burns, Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Aniston. Both films were written and directed by Edward Burns.
Previously, Nozik produced three films for director Mira Nair: "The Perez Family," starring Marisa Tomei and Anjelica Huston; "Mississippi Masala (1991) ," starring Denzel Washington; and the award-winning "Salaam Bombay! (1988)!" His other producing credits include "Thunderheart (1992)," starring Val Kilmer and Graham Greene; the HBO movie "Criminal Justice," starring Forest Whitaker and Rosie Perez; "Crossing Delancey (1988)," with Amy Irving and Peter Riegert; and Abel Ferrara's "China Girl (1987)."
