MARTIN BROWN's (Producer) rofessional association with Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin began in 1988. Among their many collaborations, Brown was art director on STRICTLY BALLROOM (1992)] and co-producer of WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE'S ROMEO and JULIET (1996). Brown supervised the production of MOULIN ROUGE (2001) for over four years, from inception to completion.
For the last twenty years, Brown has worked in all areas of the entertainment industry, from film to television and theatre, as producer, designer, writer and production manager. He was art director
on such films as RESISTANCE (1992), BILLY'S HOLIDAY (1995), JULIAN CLARY DOWN UNDER, and MARY. He was also production designer and co-writer of the cult hit MAD BOMBER IN LOVE (1992).
