CHARLIE SHEEN might claim he's slept with 5,000 women - but for one former lover he was a disappointment in bed.

JESSICA SOBEL, 32, says the SPIN CITY star wasn't as great as she'd expect for a movie star. She says, "If Charlie thinks he's a machine then he needs his oil changed.
