Bread and Roses (2000) - Details

Working as cleaners in an office in Los Angeles, two sisters Rosa (Elpidia Carrillo) and Maya (Pilar Padilla) attempt to better their situation when they meet a union organiser, Sam (Adrien Brody). Together, the three attempt to rally their fellow workers into protest against low pay, holiday pay and benefits, with some telling consequences.
