Prosecutors in Riverside County, CA filed a felony drug complaint against Robert Downey Jr. on Monday, following his arrest last month in Palm Springs, where officers reportedly found cocaine in his hotel room.

Prosecutors said that if convicted he could face up to four years and eight months in prison.
